The core circuit of intelligent disinfection cabinet control board determines the stability, control accuracy and safety performance of the whole equipment, and scientific and reasonable circuit design is the foundation to realize multi-function intelligent control.

The power supply circuit is the basic part of the whole control board, which mainly converts commercial alternating current into stable direct current required by single chip microcomputer, display module and sensor components. It adopts step-down rectification and voltage stabilization design, with over-current and over-voltage protection functions, which can effectively avoid circuit burnout caused by instantaneous voltage fluctuation and ensure continuous and stable power supply.

The main control circuit takes high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the core control unit. All functional instructions, signal feedback and logic judgment are completed by the main control chip. The peripheral circuit is reasonably arranged to simplify the wiring structure, improve signal transmission efficiency, and realize unified scheduling of various working modes and timing programs.

The key scanning input circuit is responsible for receiving user operation signals. It matches touch keys or physical keys to form stable signal input channels, which can quickly identify mode selection, time setting, switch start and other commands, and transmit accurate signals to the main control chip without delay and misoperation.

The temperature detection sensing circuit is equipped with high-precision temperature sensing elements, which can collect real-time temperature data inside the disinfection cabinet. After signal amplification and filtering processing, the data is fed back to the main control circuit, so as to realize constant temperature control, over-temperature alarm and automatic power-off protection functions.

The door switch safety protection circuit is independently designed. It can sense the opening and closing state of the cabinet door in real time. Once the cabinet door is opened during operation, the circuit will immediately trigger power-off interlock, cut off all disinfection load power supplies, prevent ozone leakage and high temperature safety accidents, and greatly improve household use safety.

The load driving circuit is used to control the start and stop of high-temperature heating tube, ozone generator, ultraviolet lamp and other executive components. It adopts isolated drive design to separate strong current and weak current circuits, effectively isolate interference signals, prevent strong current from impacting the main control circuit, and extend the service life of the control board.

The display driving circuit can drive digital tube, liquid crystal screen and indicator light to work synchronously, clearly display working mode, set time, real-time temperature and equipment fault codes, which is convenient for users to view the operating status and maintenance personnel to quickly judge faults.

The anti-interference filter circuit is arranged inside the whole board. Through capacitance and inductance matching design, it can filter out electromagnetic interference generated by heating and high-power components, avoid program disorder and control failure, and make the control board adapt to complex household electrical environment.

The reserved expansion circuit reserves wiring ports for remote control, timing reservation and intelligent linkage functions, which facilitates later function upgrading and model iteration, and enables the control board to meet the design demands of different grades of intelligent disinfection cabinets.

The overall core circuit design follows the principles of simplification, high efficiency, safety and energy saving. The layout is compact and the performance is coordinated, which not only reduces the production cost of the control board, but also improves the product qualification rate and operational stability, and meets the mass production and long-term stable use requirements of household disinfection cabinets.
