The disinfection cabinet control board is the core intelligent control component of the whole machine, integrating main control chip, key input, display module, drive circuit and safety protection circuit. It centrally manages program operation, function switching and safety protection, and is an indispensable key part to realize automatic and intelligent operation of disinfection cabinets.

The control board adopts a highly integrated circuit layout with a single-chip microcomputer as the core, cooperating with power supply unit, signal acquisition unit and load drive unit. It features compact structure, strong anti-interference ability and stable operation, and can adapt to the harsh working environment of high temperature, high humidity and oil fume inside disinfection cabinets for a long time.

Its working principle is based on the main control MCU to receive operation instructions from mechanical keys or capacitive touch buttons. After signal recognition and logic judgment, it automatically controls the start and stop of ozone generator, ultraviolet lamp and high-temperature heating tube according to preset working procedures.

The built-in power supply circuit converts commercial power into stable low-voltage direct current required by the circuit. It is equipped with voltage stabilization, filtering and surge protection design, which effectively avoids program crash and disorder caused by power grid fluctuation and clutter interference, ensuring long-term stable power supply operation.

The display unit uses digital tubes, indicator LEDs or liquid crystal screens to real-time display working mode, remaining time, running status and fault codes, which intuitively feeds back the operation progress and abnormal information for convenient viewing and daily operation.

The relay drive unit realizes isolated control between weak current and strong current, accurately switching high-power loads such as heating and disinfection components. It has the advantages of large current resistance and non-sticking contact, maintaining reliable action during frequent switching.

The control board is equipped with perfect safety protection logic, including door interlock, over-temperature protection, overload and leakage protection. It automatically locks the startup function when the cabinet door is not closed, and cuts off the heating output in case of over-temperature, effectively preventing high-temperature dry burning and ozone leakage risks.

It has practical intelligent functions such as timing setting, delayed shutdown and child lock protection. It can independently set disinfection and drying duration, automatically cut off power after the program is completed, and lock the touch keys to prevent accidental touch, improving household safety and energy-saving performance.

The surface of the circuit board is coated with three-proof paint for moisture-proof, mildew-proof and anti-corrosion, which can isolate moisture and oil fume erosion, prevent circuit short circuit and component aging, and greatly extend the service life in high humidity enclosed environment.
