Common Models and Circuit Specification Classification of Disinfection Cabinet Control Board

2026-05-13 11:40

Disinfection cabinet control boards have a complete range of common models and standardized circuit specifications, covering special original versions for mainstream brands and universal replacement versions for maintenance, which can fully match household embedded, vertical desktop and commercial large-capacity disinfection cabinet equipment.

In terms of common models, they are divided into brand dedicated control boards and general universal control boards. Dedicated models of mainstream brands have customized programs and structural sizes, with perfectly matched door interlock and timing logic, and cannot be replaced arbitrarily across brands.

Universal maintenance control boards are the most widely used in the market, including three-key touch type, four-key mechanical key type, independent upper and lower layer control type and high-power commercial type. They feature simple wiring and strong compatibility, and are the preferred replacement model for after-sales maintenance of most ordinary and old-style disinfection cabinets.

Classified by power supply circuit specifications, there are household standard AC220V models, commercial high-power AC380V models and low-voltage DC models. The 220V version integrates voltage stabilization and strong and weak current isolation circuits, while the 380V version adopts thickened circuit copper foil and enhanced relay load capacity for large commercial equipment.

According to circuit structure, they are divided into single-chip microcomputer intelligent control board and discrete component simple control board. The MCU type integrates timing program, child lock and fault self-checking functions with stable operation, while the discrete component type adopts pure hardware logic without chip, featuring simple structure and low cost for low-end old-style machines.

Classified by structural form, there are integrated control boards and split control boards. The integrated design integrates power supply, keys and display on one PCB, occupying small installation space and suitable for embedded and small desktop models.

The split type is separated into a strong current power board and a weak current display board, which enhances anti-interference performance and avoids signal interference. It is mostly used in vertical large-capacity commercial disinfection cabinets with stable and reliable operation.

In accordance with load adaptation specifications, they are classified into high-temperature dedicated type, ozone and ultraviolet dedicated type, and multi-function integrated type. The high-temperature model is equipped with temperature sampling and over-temperature protection circuits, while the ozone type has delay shutdown and door interlock design to prevent gas leakage.

By operation mode, they are divided into mechanical key type and capacitive touch type. The key type is durable, moisture and oil fume resistant for commercial kitchen environments, while the touch type has a fully sealed design with concise appearance, suitable for modern embedded home decoration style disinfection cabinets.

Different specification control boards differ in PCB substrate, three-proof coating process, relay capacity and temperature control parameters. Qualified products are all sprayed with special three-proof paint to achieve moisture-proof, mildew-proof and insulation effects, adapting to long-term high temperature and high humidity working conditions.

Understanding the common models and circuit specification classification of disinfection cabinet control boards helps quickly complete new machine supporting, old fault replacement and model selection, accurately matching voltage, power, installation size and functional modes to improve maintenance and supporting efficiency.
